Black Gold

A killer documentary hits home pretty hard, especially for this coffee drinker.

Check out the details here: http://www.blackgoldmovie.com/

A quick rundown on what this documentary is about:

If you haven't yet seen the movie, Black Gold is an excellent testament to why Fair Trade is so important. The film beautifully and hauntingly illustrates the struggles faced by coffee farmers worldwide as they work to market their crops internationally in the face of geographic isolation, fluctuating market prices and global power imbalances.

Also check out TransFair USA for more about Fair Trade.
