A sign of things to come? 

If employees at NREL and similar bodies are excited and cautiously optimistic about Dubya's new 'commitment' to getting away from oil dependance, maybe there is a reason to hope! Wouldn't that be exciting?

My inside sources tell me......not much, but there is excitement, which is good.
