Pushing the religious right in far off lands
Don't let a good religion get in the way of slowing the spread of an Aids epidemic. By all means, abandon what seems to be working in favor of an unrealistic viewpoint. Sure, abstinence is more effective in preventing the spread of Aids than condoms, but if you live in the real world, which is more likely? Especially in Uganda (not that Bushie would know anything about daily life there. Hell, any bets on whether or not he could point it out on an atlas?)
