Oopsie
Had some issues 2 nights ago. Reminiscent of Uzbekistan. Woke up around 3am and spent some quality time in the bathroom. Didn't eat all the next day and had a pounding headache by the end of the day (which I decided was mostly the result of no coffee all day. Guess I'd better cut back). Today has been much better. I've been able to eat without much issue.
Guess my guts felt a practice session was needed before heading back to Asia....
