Richard Clarke 

Sounds like he is more culpable than he claims. A plane filled with Saudi citizens (including members of bin laden's family) was allowed to leave after 9-11 (when all other planes were grounded). And Clarke ok'd it. Interesting. This whole thing is a mess.
