It seems al Qaeda is being blamed for the bombings, though some people still want to attribute it to ETA. Either way, it's scary that an even such as this shaped the outcome of their governmental elections. If terrorists start using violence to try and shape a country's politics, essentially, that is pretty scary. A double whammy, if you will.
