Good point 

I'm listening to AM 1150. Good station. They just pointed this out: Bush is waging a war or terrorism, which does not mean just a war on al-qaida. Fighting Hussein was not necessarily a war on al-qaida but a war on terror. (For a sec ignore the poor info and arguably unjustified war)
